against him in another jurisdiction or state within 30 days of the final disposition of the
matter.

necessary for enforcement and administration of the law. The Commissioner must
provide notice of at least 10 days before the hearing date. Some insurance regulations
and rules require a hearing; however, an individual may require a hearing on actions
taken by the Commissioner by written demand to the Department of Insurance. The
demand must include the basis for relief for which the individual demanded the hearing,
and the hearing must take place within 30 days of the demand unless mutually
