1. Initial fee of a certificate of registration: $450
2. Renewal fee for 2 years of a certificate of registration: $600
3. Renewal late fee between 1-90 days of a firm and branches: $225 for the firm
plus $50 for every branch
4. Renewal late fee between 90 days and 2 years for a firm and brances: $450
for the firm plus $100 for every branch
5. The initial fee of a branch office of a firm: $100
6. 2 year renewal fee of a branch office: $200
7. Initial fee of a type C registration: $250
8. 2 year renewal fee for type C registration: $300
9. Renewal late fee between 1-90 days for type C registraion: $125
10. Renewal late fee between 91 days and 2 years for type C registraion: $250
11. inital fee for fire extinguisher license (type A, B, and K): $70
12. 2 year renewal fee for fire extinguisher license (type A, B, and K): $100
13. late fee between 1-90 days for fire extinguisher license (type A, B, and
K): $35
14. late fee between 91 days and 2 years for fire extinguisher license (type A,
B, K, and PL): $70
15. Apprentice permit fee: $30
16. cost of duplicate/revised permits, licenses, or other changes to certifi-
