Resumen
Este trabajo analiza los proyectos de vivienda de interés social, su contexto histórico, como
funcionan y como las personas que han hecho parte de estos se han beneficiado, se habla de un
periodo de tiempo determinado en cual los proyectos de vivienda de interés social tuvieron éxito
y relevancia en el país, se observa la problemática de muchas personas en Colombia la cual es no
poder adquirir una vivienda propia a causa de los escasos recursos e ingresos de estas mismas y
asimismo como estos proyectos en conjunto con el estado facilitan la adquisición de una vivienda
a través de créditos y subsidios a los más necesitados, por otro lado se pretende conocer el total
de áreas unitarias de viviendas entre casas y apartamentos realizadas por estos proyectos para la
habitabilidad de los mismos por parte de las familias que han hecho parte de los proyectos.

Abstract
This work analyses the social housing projects, their historical context, how they work and
how the people who have been part of them have benefited, it talks about a certain period of time
in which the social housing projects were successful and relevant in the country, The problem of
many people in Colombia is observed, which is not being able to acquire a house of their own
because of the scarce resources and income of these same and also how these projects together
with the state facilitate the acquisition of a house through credits and subsidies to the most needy,
on the other hand it is intended to know the total unit areas of housing between houses and flats
made by these projects for the habitability of the same by the families that have been part of the
projects.
