1. Problem Statement
The 21st century has seen a massive growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its
application in various fields. In healthcare, AI continues to infiltrate enabling complicated
procedures in diagnosis, testing, results' interpretation, documentation, records management as
well as the actual patients’ treatment (Davenport & Kalakota, 2019). The greatest challenge to AI
integration in healthcare regards the adoption of the technologies in daily clinical practices rather
than the capability of the techniques to fit in healthcare (Davenport & Kalakota, 2019). As time
passes, the full realization of AI usage in healthcare will be realized. The ultimate losers of AI
usage in the field might be individuals who will find it hard to adapt and work alongside the
technology (Davenport & Kalakota, 2019). AI allows for remote monitoring of patients which
saves money as the sick don’t need to make trips to hospitals for regular checks (Landro L, 2022:
Williams, 2022). AI logarithm provides a great opportunity to save lives in the Emergency Room
as well as in remote cases (Landro L, 2022: Williams, 2022). Despite the many benefits AI
brings to healthcare, its application and the possibility of the technologies replacing human work
create a point of possible conflicts between humans and machines. AI usage in remote
monitoring and as a vital decision maker in diagnostics and patients' treatment creates an ethical
concern that threatens to destroy the working relationship between the two fields.

The general IT problem was that AI offers the potential to revolutionize human
healthcare into a futuristic field where machines work side by side with humans to ensure the
