where the underlying factors facilitating the process are highlighted to create an

Question 9 (10 points)
According to Senge et al., (1999) there are three things that an executive leader is
responsible for? What are they? Explain.
The executive leader designs the right innovation breeding ground, the necessary
infrastructure for assessment, and rewards teaching platforms. The role aims at kick-starting
and supporting the change process in an organizational setup by providing the necessities for
the proposed change to thrive. The change does not necessarily have to start at the executive
level. They also mentor the line leaders who act as the agents of change in various
departments. The third role involves serving as the role models, a demonstration of
commitments to values and purposes that the change aims to achieve.
