Stakeholders
Stakeholders are any people that are having interest in business.
Oxfam
Oxfam is the charity that helps people in poverty. The internal stakeholders of Oxfam are:
employees, managers and owners. The rest of them are external stakeholders.
Board of Trustees – they want Oxfam to help as many people as possible. They want the charity
to raise enough money in order to help more people and pay for the projects. They also want to
do all projects legally.
Managers – they want Oxfam to help with its projects and have enough budget to carry out
work properly. They also want to make workers contribute proactvely to the work of the
department.
Employees – they want Oxfam to pay a reasonable wage rate. They also want to know if Oxfam
is actually helping people in poverty. They want to know if the job is safe and if there are any
opportunites to be promoted.
Volunteers – they want to contribute to helping people in poverty. They also want to know if
they are going to have a safe task that must be completed.
Suppliers – they want to have constant orders and be paid on tme. lso, they want a
reasonable amount of payment. They also want to feel valued by the Oxfam.
Clients (people in poverty) – they want to be provided with the things they need. They want to
know if it’s safe to use the help from the Oxfam.
Local and natonal communites – they want Oxfam to help people in poverty without damaging
natural beauty. They also want Oxfam to build and provide people with safe materials.
Government – they want Oxfam to employ as many workers as possible as the workers will pay
tax and Natonal Insurance to them. lso if the workers were not employed by Oxfam they
might be claiming unemployment benefts from the government instead.

Moo – moos is the Oxford milkshake bar that sells milkshakes and smoothies. The internal
stakeholders of moo – moos are: employees and owners. The rest of them are external

Customers – they want moo – moos to provide them with the high quality product. They also
want to know if products are safe to eat and drink. They also want cheap prices on products
and have an area to eat or drink the product.
