Elderly Women At Risk For Developing Breast Cancer
Breast cancer is the most common cancer that affects older women. It is mostly caused by
inherited genes that increase the risk of cancer or personal history of breast condition that leads
to developing cancer at an old age. The condition is also caused by obesity, even a family history

many women are suffering from breast cancer while others are at risk of the health condition.
They are also involved in risk lifestyle behaviors, including smoking, alcohol, poor dietary
practices, and exposure to environmental hazards.

Risk For Developing Breast Cancer
Practicing mindfulness and relaxation can help reduce the risk of developing breast

The elderly will be educated to limit alcohol as they grow older because the more alcohol they
