The Board has the right to enter and inspect at any time during business hours
Requirements for licensure as a pharmacist
1. 18 years of age
2. Graduate of College of Pharmacy
3. Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience
4. Pass examination
A license to practice as a pharmacist expires every....
Every 2 years
Continuing education hours required in the case of inactive licensure, or nonpayment of fees

Ex: A patient with a prescription for a testosterone injection requests the pharmacist to administer the
injection instead of administering themselves

1. System failure/technological issues
2. Inability to obtain tech for electronically controlled prescribing due to hardship or other limitations
3. A prescription of a compound containing 2 or more components
4. issuance by veterinarian
