The organization chosen for this paper is TD Bank, N.A. The mission of TD Bank
is to give their clients the best banking experience ever. In order for them to do that, TD
Bank relies on their talented and ambitious team of employees. The mission statement of TD Bank is to “be the best-run, customer-focused, integrated financial institution, with
a unique and inclusive employee culture” ("TD Bank Financial Group | Our Diversity Mission", 2022). This is done by pairing their employees up with a mentor or use training programs to help their workers become the best they can be. Helping their workers use their full potential to achieve their career goals.
