to take notes! These lecture notes I have written will help you understand the subject of the
course adequately.

Entrance:
1) Decision stage:
In order for a job to be done, a decision must be made and there must be people
authorized to make the decision.
2) Preliminary Project phase:
Investment cannot be made haphazardly. First it is designed on paper, then it is made.
The project is a small model on paper of the engineering services to be performed. Even
the smallest detail is shown in the project. At this stage, the most suitable solution
should be sought. In general, the location of the investment is determined. Geomatics
engineers use 1/5000 or 1/25000 It has an activity such as making cadastral maps. But
generally, as can be seen at this stage, geomatics engineers do not have an active role.
3) Making application projects:
At this stage, the effectiveness of the geomatics engineer is very great. Since the shape
of the earth will change, it should be done in the most economical and beneficial way.
The task of the geomatics engineer is in the preliminary project It is the determination of
the current geometry of the investment location shown. Application projects must be
made with sufficient accuracy since they are used as a base. Important designs are
made according to the values produced by the geomatics engineer. A triangulation and
leveling network is established that includes the investment location. The triangulation
