P5 – Plan a planned project using IT
Introduction
In this report I will be planning a planned project using IT using OpenProj and this project will be for the Computer Crazy website based on Unit 28 –
Website Producton. Within this report I will be giving screenshots of the stages used in my plan and I will also be showing the charts i.e. Gant chart and
PERT chart. A Gant chart is a wall chart which shows users how long tasks will take when they start and fnish. A PERT chart…PERT stands for Program
Evaluaton Review Technique. This is a table that shows the tasks within the project how long they will take and other informaton e.g. the dependencies
and identfying which tasks need to be completed before the other task can start – the predecessors. Mooreover along with the screenshots I will say what
is happening.
Here is the overview of the Computer Crazy website project. This picture shows all fve phases along with sub tasks the start and fnish dates the
predecessors (meaning – the next task can’t start before the other task fnishess and resource names (people who are involved in the sub tasks.
