In the starting age of the globalization people ,foreign
missionaries,priests and mnc's interconnected due to which
diseases spread such as leprosy and small pox it's due to
lack immunity and negligence towards health.Health is the
general condition and well being of body and mind. If the
external as well as internal organs of the body are in normal
condition and are functioning properly,the people is said to
be in 'good health'. A healthy person's metabolic efficiency is
said to be maximum, since he is free from illness, injury,or
pain,and live in a state of complete physical, mental and
social well-being.Good health always protect from every
vulnerable diseases and sickness.However over 90% of
disease are caused due to strees.So, it is clear that any anti
biotic or medicine protect us only for the specific period of
time but good health protect us for a long period of time we
are following health management skill.
