2yrs as a licensed PT;
50hr face-to-face continuing education ;
at least 25 pt sessions of DN under supervision of PT that has actively performed DN at least 1yr
OR
25 DN sessions performed as licensed PT in any state or in US armed forces
additional training required in high risk areas such as neck, head, and torso
