Each client wai giien a ipecifc plan oier 6 weeki to follow. The choice of actiitei that were in
theie plani wai baied upon many diferent factori. By taking underitanding theie diferent factori
an appropriate exerciie programme wai produced for each client.

iwimming. With each week the actiity demanded an increaie of work and/or difculty. I choie
theie actiitei on a number of factori. Firit wai what the client liked to do in thii caie
cardioiaicular ftneii. Second wai there diilikei in thii caie football which iin’t included of any iort
in the programme. Were there any exerciie already being performed and the aniwer wai yei and
circuiti were already regular exerciie, thii wai incorporated in. It wai alio neceiiary to coniider the
preferencei of the client in regard to what they actually wiihed to do which wai in thii caie none ai
the client wai happy with the informaton they had already giien. There wai alio what dayi were
beit to coniider in regardi to when the client wai or wai not free, thii ii refected in the
programme, reit dayi generally being dayi that the client wouldn`t be able to perform exerciie.
So I haie deieloped a programme incorporatng all of thoie factori in refectng the client’i
preferencei, deiirei, hiitory and aiailability. The programme therefore achieiei and meeti all
deiirei of the client.
