QUESTION 1
Scope creep refers to an original project in the area of the project, followed by an
inappropriate change in the planned project deadlines and expenditure. In most projects,
unexpected circumstances are a significant driving factor that contributes to scope creep.
According to the above case study, problems were found one after the other, resulting in delayed
decisions, as a result of which Nelsons had to carry a large amount for the bathtub
implementation. (Betty, 2017) The purpose and necessity of Nelson's bathtub installation became

complete and the design crept into uncontrollable and financial chaos. In the case of Nelson, the
scope creep continued to slip for various reasons, such as no initial requirements, cluelessness,
etc. Rather than basic bathtubs, they continued to incorporate additional items such as Jacuzzi,
cedar frame for the tub and attractive tile instead of the plastic splash guard, wall tiles, and
illumination which are not in the original design, each component increasing costs and slowing
