Section allows a user to see up to 10 most recently opened ARGUS Enterprise files. A user can also
open an .avux file form this section by clicking on "open property"
Property Portfolio

This button allows system administrators to configure access to investment features

This section allows a user to create Sensitivity Assumption categories that can be applied to multiple
portfolios and properties
Charts of Accounts
We can access our already existing chart of accounts here as well as create a new COA, import a COA
from excel or delete a COA
Net Effective Rent
A performance metric for a lease that is intended to give an idea of the annual value of any particular
lease. Two Net Effective Rent categories are included when connecting to the default AE database

Classifications, Manage Currencies, Manage Interest Rates

We are able to create new inflation indices

where global inflation rate categories can be created and later applied at the property level
