Shall not interfere with a colleagues political or civil rights and responsibilities, 4. Shall not engage in discriminatory conduct that unreasonable interferes with a person's performance of work responsibilities, 5. Shall not make malicious or false statements about colleagues, 6. Shall not use coercive means to influence professional judgments of colleagues, 7. Shall no misrepresent one's own professional qualifications, 8. Shall self report within 48 hours to appropriate authorities of any arrests/charges that regard the abuse of children or the sale/possession of a controlled substance, 14.
