Making sure IT systems are kept up to date with both hardware and software and to make
sure they have the correct tools to do the job and keep staff happy. Systems are either

Maintaining standards within the company without exceeding expenditure and the way of
saving money while still keeping the standards required for the business to run properly.
Companies have to plan when these systems are no longer meeting their requirements.
Environmental issues.
Making sure standards are met with the disposal of old or broken products and insuring that
the correct procedures are followed. Stopping the pollutants getting into the environment
some components in computers contain hazardous material and these need to be disposed
of in the correct manner as to not damage the environment. This also relates to the
environment around the actual computers to make sure they are running at their optimum
