manual lifting, lockout tagout, equipment inspection / vehicle, drug and alcohol testing, JSA, other
company specs.
site violations = The ABC
i.e. no PPE, no cell phones, no walking under suspended loads, no headphones, under the influence,
using defective tools, not having the proper safety gear,
survey includes the following:
Access Road drawings, line list, IFC drawings, Road use agreements, buried facilities, construction
survey plans, landowner agreements, third-party Crossing agreements, environmental use, work
permits, traffic control plan, PPE and EMS and EPP,
pipe should be marked clearly on the outside ie with the following
size, wall thickness, outside diameter (OD), thickness of cording at Mill, Heat number, applicable
specifications, PO number, date of manufacture, date of coating, look for notching MTR
