(The assignment received full marks) In this work, the marketing mix, which is known as 4 P marketing, which helps companies create winning business ideas, was investigated. Also, based on the 4 P marketing (product, price, place and promotion), the marketing strategy of the Ukrainian tourism company JoinUP! was investigated. This study determined that the travel company JoinUP! offers a wide range of travel products, including package tours, flights, hotel reservations and transfers. However, the company should continue to explore new and niche markets to expand its product offering and constantly be ready to adapt to external factors (such as a pandemic, or war). It is also established that JoinUP! uses differentiated pricing, setting prices based on demand, competition and tour type. However, the company should continue to analyze the activities of competitors to constantly monitor the level of product prices. And for some tourist destinations, a competitive advantage should not be a low price, but an acceptable price-quality ratio. Join UP! uses various sales channels, including its own websites and mobile applications, partnerships with travel agencies and online platforms. It is worth noting that the travel company can expand its accessibility by cooperating with well-known travel aggregators and improve the functionality of the mobile application. It was also investigated that the tour operator JoinUP! uses various elements of the promotion mix, such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations and personal selling. And advertising is delivered to the target audience using various means, the main of which are TV, the Internet, billboards, outdoor advertising and others. However, to improve the work in the future, the company can update its logo, try to cooperate with top bloggers, and also respond more actively to negative reviews So, we can conclude that the travel company JoinUP! has a strong marketing strategy, but there are always new opportunities for improvement that should always be explored and considered. This work taught me the importance of the 4 P's of marketing as well as its mechanisms for creating effective marketing strategies. While writing this work, I also improved my skills in analyzing large volumes of data information and drawing conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis. In general, understanding the 4 Ps of marketing is very important in the work of marketers and in developing effective and efficient marketing strategies and plans. The application of the marketing mix can help companies better understand their customers, competitors and the market.
