What is a verification letter? - Answer- An official document that can verify information about student records such as GPA, total credit hours, degree awarded, etc. Things that require verification letters (even when they're not called that) - Answer- Good student car insurance discount, medical insurance dependent forms, scholarship forms, loan deferment forms. Online-$12.25 for a hard copy and $14.25 for an electronic PDF Does processing time mean shipping time? - Answer- NO! Shipping time is either standard or overnight for an additional $15 and occurs AFTER processing time. Can I order an electronic transcript in person? - Answer- No. Unfortunately, electronic transcripts must be ordered online. How long will it take? - Answer- In person-2 business days processing time. Online- 5-10 business days processing time for a hard copy, and 1-2 business days for an electronic PDF. What kind of hold will prevent a transcript? - Answer- Typically, it is a student accounts hold for an outstanding balance. They need to resolve that with student accounts before ordering. It says my transcript was cancelled, what do I do now? - Answer- Be sure there are no remaining holds on your account and re-order. If I have to re-order my transcript, will I be charged twice? - Answer- Nope! We don't charge you until we put the transcripts in the mail. It may show up as pending on your account but the money will not be taken out. I can't enroll because it's not giving me the option to register. - Answer- Check term activation and student enrollment appointment screens to make sure they are active for the term. How long does it take for my transfer credit to be evaluated/show up in the system? - Answer- It typically takes 2-3 weeks.
