How often must daily readings of disinfectant and pH levels be taken?
2 times during daylight hours with a legible CPO signature. A minimum of six hours apart. Operator
must tea and record one of these.
What is the CPO checklist and when should it be used?
Should be filled out daily in the permitted time by operator. It is a list of maintenance guidelines
provided by environmental services.
