Voor IO3 moesten we een presentatie maken over human factors. De situatie was dat de Eurocopter EC225 LP super puma een vlcuht ging maken van Aberdeen naar het ETAP platform. De helikopter is 232 km van de kust van daan gecrasht in het vliegtuig. Er waren vele oorzaken mogelijk en aan ons de taak om de belangrijkste 5 oorzaken aan de hand van het SHELL model uit te leggen. Voor deze presentatie hebben we helaas een 5.6 behaald omdat vermoeidheid geen belangrijke factor was.
