These specifications will control the methods of construction and types of materials to be used
for the project that is planned and depicted in the precise drawings and plans that go with it.
Everything that is discussed or illustrated in one but not in the other will be seen as present in
both the plans, detailed drawings, and specifications because they are complementary to one
another. The designing architect should be consulted for clarification in circumstances that there
is a discrepancy between the two.
DIVISION 1: GENERAL CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Under this section this paper shall be known as the standard specifications for and shall be the
basis of interpretation of the plan for the proposed 4-STOREY MIXED USE COMMERCIAL
