Regular Diet
No limitations, can eat what they want.
Low Sodium Diet
HTN, Fluid Retention, Heart, Kidney Disease. - Also called NAS. - 2000mg/day considered low sodium.
Diabetic Diet
No concentrated sweets, low carbohydrates, 120-180g of carbs per day. Important not to skip meals.
Mechanical Soft Diet
Can have soft solids, ground meats, and thickened liquids. - For those who have oral and swallowing
problems.
Pureed Diet
All food must be put through a blender. - For those who have oral and swallowing problems.
Modified Calorie Diet
For weight loss or weight gain
