Liquid Diet Can be clear (broth) or full (milk) Vitamin A assists with skin and eye development; keeps skin healthy. Found in dark green and yellow vegetables. Vitamin C assists with healing wounds and building bones and teeth; holds cells together; stregthens the walls of blood vessels; and helps the body absorb iron. found in citrus fruits, strawberries, cantaloup, broccoli, cabbage, green peppers. Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin helps cells use oxygen, which allows them to release energy from food. Important for protein and carbohydrate metabolism.
