Company Ownership/Legal Entity
The Company will be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as Limited
Liability Company engaged in the manufacturing of various types of blocks for building and
construction.
Needs Statement
The Company is poised to solve the prevailing problems currently encountered by customers in the
block-making industry including the following:
a. Low quality blocks leading to building collapse;
b. Lateness in delivery of blocks;
c. Lack of integrity in the industry especially in the area of quantities delivered to customers;
d. Low online presence;
e. Poor customer service;
f. Poor quality of industry manpower and technical know-how.
Vision Statement
To be ranked as the best block-making company in Africa within the next 10 years.

To deliver exceptional value to customers and achieve competitive returns on investment by:
