Introduction:
Strategic planning is a continuous process, it is proactive, so it is
done in a structure being able to be modified, updated, and reformed in an
appropriate way. Based on our needs, I can perform a suitable mission, vision,
SWOT analysis, values and all related elements of a successful strategic plan can
be done and implemented efficiently and effectively to achieve my specific goals
and objectives. Moreover, every strategic plan includes an action plan, during this
phase of plan we should make a continuous assessment to our needs, tasks and
functions to ensure that we are achieving our objectives and common goals of the
strategic plan, and it is done perfectly, so it should be done on the right track,
, otherwise, I need to update, reform, and every specific procedure I am doing in
the plan (assessment of all my steps) if it not achievable, that is why this action
plan needs a continuous studying and reviewing all the steps that are performed,
and make sure that all elements of the plan are working and aligned on the same
level and they are implemented correctly. Strategic plan is a process must adapt
and cope with any futuristic challenges, demands, and a sudden change that may
happen in our environment. Strategic planning is important, so it indicates if we
have reached to our desired results and achieve our main goals and objectives.

By the end of each academic year, more than 80 % of graduates will be enrolled in
an internship for 3 months that will allow them the opportunity to be recruited by
these companies. Most graduates will be recruited and be satisfied by a reputable
and known companies in a minimum desired time from their graduation time.
WI: working in supporting and educating students with the suitable instructions
concerning career orientations, train them how to write a proper CVs, develop their
communication skills to be ready to conduct an interview. (Means)
WI: allocate enough space for implementing workshops, training team lack to
more experience, we need more appropriate technology tools and resources to
attain the ends. (Means)
WSB: create a professional team for conducting training, enrich our professional
team with more knowledge and experience and educate our students to be more
effective and successful. (Means)
recruit outside training experts (part timers) will be assigned to conduct seminars
and workshops with the coordination of IT department, which will provide us with
necessary technological tools and equipment’s (LCD, …). (Means)
