,i. Ratio is a comparison between **two** quantities of the same
kind.
ii. Two sets are equal only if they have **the same** elements.
iii. If A is a matrix of order m x n, then a matrix of order **n x m**
obtained by **interchanging** the rows and columns of A is
called the transpose of A.
iv. The relation free from y for equation y=3 and y1=1 is **y ≠ 1**.
v. The chord of the circle divides the circular region into **two**
parts.
vi. sin60°= sin(90° -30°)=cos **30°**.
vii. Perimeter of a triangle is the sum of its **three** sides.
viii. A frequency distribution obtained by adding the frequency for
each class to the frequency for preceding classes is known as a
**cumulative** frequency distribution.
ix. The type of classification is based on the data where
cumulative measurement of the data is possible. (This statement
is incomplete; please provide more context or details for a

Answer:
iii. To calculate income tax at a rate of 4.5% on a total taxable
income of Rs. 450,000, you would do the following:

Income Tax = (Total Taxable Income) * (Tax Rate)
Income Tax = 450,000 * 0.045
Income Tax = Rs. 20,250

So, the income tax would be Rs. 20,250.

iv. To calculate income tax at a rate of 7.5% on an annual income
of Rs. 675,000, with an exempted amount of Rs. 180,000 and Rs.
