Do you work by the hour? - ANS-We operate on a flat-rate pricing system, which means
that our cleaners are paid by the job, and not by the hour. However, if you are interested
in an hourly service instead, we are happy to assist you with that. Our current hourly
rate is $35.
Do you work by the job? - ANS-Yep, we work by the job using our flat rate pricing
system. We find that this is easier for both you and the cleaners, because it incentivizes
them to not drag out the hours they spend cleaning your house, and helps them work
quickly and efficiently.
Do you only do house cleaning? - ANS-Of course not! We also do commercial cleaning.
, Do you set up for parties or clean up after parties? - ANS-We do not set up for parties,
however, we will be happy to clean up after yours. We may have to add an extra
cleanup fee depending on how hard you guys partied, but we are more than happy to
include any light messes in our normal cleanings.
Do you do moving (moving in or moving out) cleans? - ANS-Absolutely. We are more
than happy to help you move in or out of your home. The fee we charge for a move in or
out cleaning is $150. This is because when things are getting moved around, often
times there are huge amounts of dust buildup, and when you're moving all that furniture
around, there are often spots left behind that haven't been cleaned in years. This is why
the service is so expensive, we want to do the best job possible to make your home
ready for it's new owners.
Do you charge more money or the same money for a moving clean? - ANS-A move
out/in clean is an additional $150, however, if it's your first time booking our services, we
are more than happy to offer a 20% discount.
Do you do random cleanings or do you only have weekly and bi weekly clients? -
ANS-We will cater to our customers no matter when they want their cleanings done. Our
main services are one-time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. However, we are
more than happy to clean on a schedule that suits you best.
If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working? - ANS-We believe in being
as fair to our workers as we are to you. This means that we do not provide cleanings on
major holidays such as christmas, thanksgiving, and fourth of july.
Do you charge more to work on holidays? - ANS-Nope, all of our prices are fixed. In
fact, during Holidays keep an eye out and you may even be able catch a super savings
