Deeply concerned there is going to be an abuse in nuclear arms
Having considered the current war in Ukraine, there is a risk that nuclear arms are going to
be used
Conscious Russia has the highest number of nuclear arms in the globe
Convinced that by fabricating more nuclear arms, there is a higher risk of nuclear attacks
Expressing its appreciation if NATO took matters into their own hands and create
appropriate sanctions
Emphasizing the role of the United Nations in creating a peaceful environment around the
world
1. Considers implying treaties like the treaty of Pelindaba (11 April 1996) meaning that
countries should:
a. Promote international cooperation with extra-zonal states for the use of peaceful
nuclear science
b. Prohibit the production of any other nuclear weapon
c. Prohibit the stationing of any nuclear explosive device
d. Prohibit taking any action to assist or encourage researches of nuclear arms on:
i. Development
ii. Manufacture
iii. Stockpiling
iv. Acquisition
2. Encourages the UN to impose sanctions if any treaties implied are not respected or
broken in any case scenario without appropriate reasoning
a. By implying economic sanctions, governments from the Middle East should
consider following the rules and not resisting to the elevated costs of the
sanctioning
b. Sanctions included other than economic should be:
i. Social
ii. Military
iii. Sport
iv. Diplomatic
v. Environmental
vi. Trade
vii. Individual
