Critical (things you MUST know for the test) - ANS-Usually, the fills in a work request
advance through the dispensing workflow together. In particular:

•None of the fills in a work request can advance past "pending fill" if any of them have a
First Fill Review, Needs Clinical Review, or Charging Rejected flag ﴾see below.

•All fills in a work request must be Filled before a pharmacist can verify any of the fills.

•All fills in a work request must be verified by a pharmacist before any of them can be
dispensed.

Charging Rejected (Flag) - ANS-When the First Fill Review flag is removed, Willow
attempts to adjudicate the fill. If adjudication fails, a Charging Rejected flag is added to
the fill.

Needs Clinical Review (flag) - ANS-If the First Fill Review flag was removed by a
technician ﴾not a pharmacist﴿, the system adds a Needs Clinical Review flag.

First fill review (flag) - ANS-When a new script is sent to Willow from EpicCare, it gets a
First Fill Review flag.

Blocks Immediately (RED flag) - ANS-First Fill Review, Charging Rejected, Needs
Clinical Review, Refill Review
