Fundamentals
Startup Activity - ANS-The first screen that users see when logged-in to hypersapce,
physicians can see scheule, could be patient lists as default
Patient lists - ANS-A my list gives individuals the control of the columns, the default
report, and I manage the lists of patients. A system list is automatically updated by the
system. You can make a shortcut to these in a My List.
Activity - ANS-Tabs along the top of a patients chart
Storyboard - ANS-Present a big-picture patient information, including why the patient is
here, their recent labs and vitals, medications, and new results
Accordion report - ANS-Display only information from the current admission, show a lot
of information in a very condensed format, are useful for patient in the ICU or PACU, are
highly customizable to meet the needs of a variety of clinicians, can be graph or chart
format.
Timeline activity - ANS-Contains accordion reports which are use to review large
amounts of patient data
Intake / output activity - ANS-Intake/output data can be viewed using the intake/output
activity in addition to the timeline.
This activity is linked to the overview report which displays a patient's I/O by shift totals.
Event log - ANS-Shows a list of key events for a patient during their encounter. It
provides an at-a-glance view of what's been done with the patient. You can see both a
high-level overview, as well as a more detailed view.
Note file time - ANS-Is the time the user clicked sign and saved the note to the patient's
chart
Note date of service - ANS-Is the time the note was started or the time that was entered
in the note Time filed when documenting the note
