What is the theory behind the results of the Kraus-Weber Test? - ANS-The SAID
principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands) was enacted right before the test in
1954. The SAID principle said "You will adapt if we impose demands" so people
became in a big hurry to exercise but not all were movement literate yet
