Report is concerning the issues facing by regency condominium development project
manger. From the starting point it was a difficult one for her due to time limitations. The
report discusses about the problems occurred during the project completion with
consideration to several aspects that could done by the Hodgkins differently to get better
results. Further report focuses on the situation involving one customer, the Millers.
Firstly the definition phase of the study was discussed and the relation between the
definition phase and problems encountered was evaluated. Then the role of Hodgkins was
examined with referring to the skills needed for this type of project to be success and
assess to the role played by her and concluded she did not display effective project
manger qualities with the decisions she made. Then the risk management framework was
identified in this case and compared the five different options Hodgkins had in her to
resolve the issue arisen with Millers. As a whole this was not a good project as it had time
delays and no proper risk controls.
