Muscular Strength and Endurance - ANS-F: 3 days per week
I: Strength: 6-8 repetitions
Endurance: 12-20 reps
T: 1-3 Sets
T: Isotonic or Progressive Resistance Exercise; can also use isometric and isotonic
Flexibility - ANS-F: 2-3 days per week (recommended everyday)
I: Stretch past the normal length until resistance is felt
T: Hold the stretch from 5-10 seconds initially, building to 30-25 seconds
T: Static or Contract-Relax Technique
Cardiorespiratory Endurance - ANS-F: 3-5 times/week
I: 55%-90% HR
T: 20-60 minutes
T: Aerobic activities
