One element that I would include in my therapeutic framework would be adherence to a set schedule between myself and the client. Meeting with and keeping updated with client status is crucial. Strengthening provider and client relationship can benefit overall treatment outcome (Lindqvist et al., 2023). In fact, therapeutic alliance that consists of consistent, regular contact benefits both the client and the healthcare professional in strengthening shared rapport (Lindqvist et al., 2023). Whether the contact is in-person or via telehealth, frequent conversations with the client as well as awareness of the client’s health status will create an overall greater influence (Lindqvist et al., 2023).
