Exam 1 (100 Points)
Question 1: (20 Points)
Create the part illustrated below and shown below (Figure 1). Your part must have exactly 4 features
in the model tree with exactly the same dimensioning scheme and dimension values as shown in the
drawing. You will need at least one reference plane for this problem, and you are free to use as many
reference features as you may want. All sketches must be fully defined, and you can only use extrude
and revolve operations (both Boss/Base and Cut) to construct the model. A detailed drawing file is
available on the next page. The dimensions are in inches.
Note that shape errors will cause significant point deductions. Under-defined sketches, extra
dimensions, and erroneous dimensions will cause minor deductions.
Submission: Submit your solution as a part file named “Q1_LastName.sldprt”
