ANSWER: DECREASE OSTEOCLAST?
2. TYPE 2 DIABETIC PATIENT FOUND TO HAVE a slightly increased Bp and renal
function what is the best treatment?
Answer: ACEi?
3. Patient presented with fever and left lower chest pain aggravated by
breathing. On examination, he has dull percussion with increased vocal
fremitus moreover; there are normal air sound and crackles.
Answer: pneumonia? Pneumothorax? Pleural effusion?
4. K/C of multiple myeloma found to have low voltage in his ECG as well as
renal impairment?
Answer: Amyloidosis?
