development of a treatment and possible rehabilitation management plan.
Mrs Seedat was referred to me by The Neurologist regarding reported confusion about
Parkinson’s Disease.
The consultation entailed a 90-minute interview at the Local University Hospital.

The client is Mrs. Seedat, a 68-year old female diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Mrs.
Seedat seems to be confused about her diagnosis and is confused with regards to
differentiating between Parkinson’s, Huntington’s and Alzheimer’s diseases. She is very
