drawn towards this tasty drink. People started lovingit more than ever, especially Filipino M

This milk tea craze started in Taiwan. As regular tea drinkers, Taiwanese realized T

that they have respective teas for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but none for their snack. To A

fill in the gap, they developed a drink that we can be considered a snack and beverage I

simultaneously, the milk tea. Milk tea is a refreshing flavored iced tea with tapioca balls at N
the bottom. Milk is mixed with a tea base, fruits, and flavored syrups, and later, the

tapioca balls are added.With its delicious and different take on a supposedly typical drink, E

milk tea became a real hit. A

The popularity of Milk Tea in the Philippines is undeniable. We love milk tea, and M

that’s proven. An average teen and young adult consume milk tea 3 to 5 times a week N

in Southeast Asia regarding bubble tea users. Milk tea stores are already located
throughout the country, making them accessible to everyone. Numerous multinational

corporations have chosen to invest and develop in the Philippines due to the country's F

tropical climate, which is ideal for both cold and hot beverages. Since then, this once- C

simple beverage has evolved into a revolutionary tea canvas, allowing tea enthusiasts to
experiment with various creamers, flavors, and sweeteners. However, that is not the

most significant part; it is trendy and offers tea dealers incredible profit margins. Local D

artists/personalities had a fair influence on the milk tea craze. I
