Description of Healthcare organization
This is a group in the United States that helps in the provisions of medical services to the public.
It serves millions of people who are in needs of health and their main aim is to make their
services to be patient centered. The group has various departments within it that stand in for
many of the services that they offer. Such departments include, pharmacist, clinical services,
surgery and dental services, United Healthcare Motion, Optum and The Advisory Board
Company among other services. Each department has heads who ensures that the organizations
moves as expected by the stakeholders. Their duty is to make sure that all the services that are
offer to the patients are given without any bias in a way that make them satisfied.
There are various principles within the organization that guides relationship between the
stakeholders and employees as well as the patients. The focus is given to the patient because they
are he reasons why the organization was made. However, employee satisfaction is also important
