When brainstorming for this topic, my primary objective was to centre this topic around physical wellbeing and health as they captivate my

genuine interest to which I am willing to dedicate significant time. I find this area intriguing as the insights I ac quire can directly impact my

question to be simple and also contained very basic vocab, which I would not benefit while conducting this research project. Then I rewrote
it “To what degree does social media shape the physical wellbeing of students?”. The Question started to get straight to the point, which
was a good sign, but I wanted something that would benefit me and others and help me gain knowledge. I also thought that using the term
“degree” did not sound right. The question was still very broad, which I wanted to reduce. Finally, I changed it to “To what extent does social
media influence the physical well-being of high school students and adolescents?”. This question was perfect since it was straight forward
and on target. I knew it was going to be challenging but also beneficial at the same time. This topic has been pinpointed to a precise question.
