Business Thesis
My research is all about the employee’s contribution to the success of the organization. It
involves an interview of 40 members of staff in the Wal-Mart company. The essence of my
research is to determine the role played by employees to enable the success of the organization in
its undertakings. Also, the study tries to identify the contribution made by employee’s
qualifications towards achieving the objectives set by the management. This organization is
found in the United State of America and enjoys a worldwide market for its product. It controls a
significant portion of the United States government and hence its relevance in our study.
The results of my study showed that almost every employee in the organization is integral
to its success and operations. The actions and decisions made by employees in the course of their
daily work determine the path of success that the business takes. In fact, actions of the employees
determine the present and the future growth of the business.
Since the employees to be considered incorporates the entire workforce, the customers to
be considered falls within three categories. These include the high-level management, middle-
level management, and the lower level management. All must be taken into consideration
because the survival and performance of each employee is dependent on the actions of the other
employee. The high-level management takes the role of coming up with strategic and long-term
decisions for the decisions. The middle-level management takes up the supervisory role of
ensuring that the right choices are made towards the realization of the objectives set by the top
management. The lower level management represents the class of employees designed to
implement what the top and middle-class management require them to do. They have less voice
