Stock is a liquid Three Types Stock
containing some of the soluble
nutrients and flavor of food that
are extracted by prolonged and White stock
gentle simmering. Brown stock
Stock is a nutritive Fish stock
and flavored obtained from the
prolonged gentle simmering of
mirepoix,bouquetgarni,and bones.
Mirepoix - Roughly cuts
vegetables and aromatic.
Bouquetgarni - bundle of herbs.
Bones - bones of
chicken ,beef ,lamb ,fish.
