NAME OF ACTIVITY: Dictionary Quiz
TIME: 15 minutes
AIMS: To use a dictionary to locate words and understand the
meaning, form and pronunciation.
TEACHER'S INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Handout dictionaries and worksheet to each student.
2. Give students instructions for dictionary quiz:
Each student must work individually for this activity.
All questions must be answered.
3. Monitor and help students were necessary.
4. After 15 minutes, give feedback on dictionary quiz.
5. Drill definitions with students.
