- A business is any organization that uses resources to produce products and services to meet the needs of
customers.
Management = the conducting or supervising of something.
Four different sectors:
- Planning and organizing
- Staffing
- Leading
- Controlling
Always think from a management point of view (profit, better reputation, attract customers)
We stand on a management level and learn about how to successfully run a business organization.

Discuss: Should NTI gymnasium increase the salary for the teachers?
- Think first from a teacher’s pov.
- Then from a student’s pov.
- Then from the principles or community’s pov.
