Indeed, Employee motivation is the mental status that explains the person’s behavior in

activities related to work. Motivation is the internal force that reason a single person to decide to
take action. The employee’s desire to provide a proper working environment that raises
motivation in people. Further, we would evaluate three factor those influence employee
motivation. (Muller, 2011) These are following below:
An effective leader: Leaders play an important role in any organization. If leader will be
an effective, then its impact will be positive for the organization. Effective leader can increase
employee motivation through their well behaved with employees. For example, McKinsey
survey said that non cash motivator could be much an effective in the organization. (Johnson,

employee will be impressed with them and they will work under the leader. But here leader
should win the employees confident that they will raised under his leadership. However, leaders
can support to employees to achieve their objective and goals.
Advancement opportunity: Employees always wanted to grow in the organization,
therefore they want more opportunity in the organization. Promotion is the main example of

increment, reward, promotion and built their confidence, then the employee will be motivated
and try to do more productive work for the organization. (Armstrong, 2002)
