Responding - ANS-The fourth stage in the listening process in which the listener communicates, nonverbally or verbally, their attention and understanding. - Positive Feedback, Paraphrasing & Clarifying Feedback - ANS-Verbal and nonverbal messages that receivers use to indicate their reaction to communication, such as frown or saying "I disagree". Positive Feedback - ANS-eye contact, smiling, facing the sender, nodding, back channel cues, etc Back Channel Cues - ANS-Verbal and nonverbal responses that signal you've paid attention to and understood specific comments.
