Considered as one of the most valuable interpersonal skills right now, communication helps you share information from one person to another and multiple people at once. There are many ways and styles to communicate, and what you may be using right now is perfectly valid (albeit with some necessary tweaks here and there). But it would be best that you try to discover how crucial it is to properly communicate your thoughts and feelings to others as well as interpret those being directed at you.
