Stage 1: 2-5 years olds
In this stage, kids develop a relationship with adults. It is because they need them in life to attain
elements which are related to physical, social and emotional development (Kolb, 2014). Only the
adults can be responsive in this case and thus their importance.
Stage 2: 4-8 years olds
It can be described as the playful stage. In the stage, the children are concerned with the idea of
finding those kids that she or he can play with. They turn to their playmates as friends. It is the
stage where the kids start identifying their childhood friends.
Stage 3: 8-11 years olds
The stage can be called the chumship stage. In this stage, the children are growing and
developing themselves (Kolb, 2014). What is funny is that they help others kids to growth a
develop. It is the perfect symbiosis which takes place.
Question 2
Popular children are liked by most children, and they are popular. Their behaviors are
poor performance and defy adult authority (Kolb, 2014). To avoid this the best way is to become
selective with friends.
Rejected children who are disliked by most children. The social behaviors are aggression
and hyperactive. To control this teach children disadvantage of discriminating others in their
live. Making sure that everything starts from the early stage of life.
